Hi! I’m Aftinn! I’m originally from Albuquerque, NM. As long as I can remember I’ve always had a camera in my hands. I love being creative. At 20 I got married to my best friend and moved to New Jersey. My husband and I planned our wedding in a week and didn’t have a wedding photographer… Looking back now, we missed out on so much! It is my goal to give brides what I missed out on. I love meeting so many new people and being best friends for a day! When I’m not taking photos or video you can find me surfing at the beach, mountain biking, rock climbing, skateboarding or snowboarding in the winter!
I happened upon photographing weddings when a friend of mine asked me to help her shoot one, and I instantly fell in love with documenting love. I’m always on the lookout for those little moments that truly showcase a couple’s unique relationship. When I’m not photographing weddings & engagements, you can find me hanging out with my fur-child, Moo, or singing karaoke with friends.
I enjoy biking, traveling, nature, IPAs & the “little things” that make life beautiful.

There's something special about being able to witness 2 people who love each other, surrounded by the people who love them. ​My shooting style is to showcase a couple in their true nature. Hello, I’m Denida! My first camera was a prize I won at a marketing job for going above my quota. I fell in love with that camera, and photography, at first use. Since then, I have made it my mission to continue improving myself and my photography skills. My favorite things about photography are documenting special moments in people’s lives, and seeing their faces light up when they see their pictures. Though my style has changed dramatically over the years, I remain proud of every picture I’ve taken. All those photos helped me get to where I am now. I am a Ukrainian wanderluster who is lucky to be married to an Italian American. I’m an avid reader w/ a Masters in Literature, horse lover & an effervescent photographer! My vision is inspired largely by art, architecture and European culture. I believe that whatever I do in this life for myself will die with me and whatever I do for other people will stay forever. I like to think of myself as a very outgoing and bubbly person, and anyone who knows me could say the same! I love to explore and am an adventurer at heart. During my free time, I enjoy kayaking, camping, and live music...and of course, always with a camera in hand! Photography has always been my passion. Getting to capture the raw and real emotions on a wedding day is the greatest reward of my career.

I discovered my passion for photography as a street photographer in Manhattan, where I learned to be unobtrusive, fast and accurate while using environmental portraits to tell a story. When I moved to Philadelphia, I found weddings were the perfect vehicle to blend my classical dance and theater training with my love of storytelling to create artwork my clients will treasure for generations. I live in Philadelphia with my husband where I enjoy long hikes, my on-going passion project of photographing unique characters and performers in abandoned locations, and harnessing the power of nature for healing of the mind, body and spirit.
Growing up, I’ve always been interested in photography and studied it in college. My favorite thing about photography is being transported back to a moment by looking at a picture. This is why I love photographing wedding days. I get to capture the celebration, joyful moments and document your special day for you and future generations. Besides photography, I love spending my time reading, traveling, hiking in the Wissahickon, and going to beer gardens with friends.
